TEASER PENCILS

Work on DELUGE continues!

In the previous blog we talked about Sam’s rough layouts for the teaser pages of DELUGE’S first issue. Once Sam and I locked down the blocking for the teaser pages in a rough form, Sam moved on to refining the pages with sharper pencil work. Here is where the pages begin to take their final shape in black and white.

Below are the penciled versions of the teaser pages. They are presented along with the previous rough layout and my original script pages for comparison. Hope you enjoy seeing the process of creating a comic come to life!
